Unexpected turn in Unexpected!

As I continue reading in Unexpected, I was tip-toeing through the last two chapters fearing some sort of drama would start in between Nash and Katrina. Turns out my assumption was right, and Nash did suprise Katrina and I by freaking out one night when he came home from being with his friends. Katrina was ignoring Nash because of his behavior during the day, but Nash surprised her by screaming at her and becoming very close to hitting her. Nash chased her all the way upstairs into the bathroom where Katrina locked herself in and slept in the bathtub. The sad and ironic part about Nash's recent behavior is that Katrina has just run away from her ex-boyfriend who was very abusive.
Katrina begins to panic as she hides from Nash's rage,

"leave me alone Nash! You're overreacting!" frantically looking for a place to hide. His footsteps pounding around the hallway and I sat silently in the tub, praying he wouldn't hurt me. I'm terrified of what might happen, because I know boys are capable of faking their nice guy attitude and suddenly snapping."

I really feel horrible for Katrina when she is in this position with Nash because I have never experienced pain like this. A situation like this truly scares me and I wonder while reading the book how I would handle something like this should I be in Katrina's place. I hope that Nash calms down and truly isn't like this especially to her after she just ran away from her ex-boyfriend. I wish i could give Katrina a hug right now because she is so scared and ends up cutting her foot very badly on glass from a picture Nash threw at her while she was running. But i also wonder how Nash will act in the next chapter towards Katrina. Hopefully something very very good will come out of this incident and I wonder if Katrina will take Nash back if he apologizes. But I do know for a fact that I am addicted to Unexpected, because everything is unexpected!
